As CCO, Hofeling oversees the organization’s corporate and commercial strategy as well as marketing efforts across all business units. He focuses on customer engagement, market expansion, and integrated business development to support long-term, sustainable growth.
In his previous role as the President of TOTE Maritime Alaska, Hofeling managed all commercial and operational activities for TOTE Group’s carrier company serving the Alaska trade. He joined TOTE Maritime Alaska in 2013 as Regional Sales Manager until being promoted to General Manager in 2018. Previously, Hofeling served as the Vice President and General Manager of TOTE Maritime Alaska in Anchorage, working closely with customers, communities, public officials, labor interests and others to fulfill the commitment to serving those in the 49th state.
Hofeling holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Washington, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Seattle University.
