As President of TOTE Maritime Alaska, Bill Crawford oversees all commercial and operational activities for TOTE Group’s carrier company serving the Alaska trade. He brings over 26 years of passion and experience in the shipping and less-than-truckload (LTL) industries.
Previously, as Vice President of Commercial, Crawford led the strategic planning for the sales and marketing teams and ensured the organization met its financial performance objectives.
Crawford began his career at TOTE Maritime Alaska in 2003 as an Account Executive, managing vehicles, LTL, refrigerated cargo (reefers), and construction segments. Over the years, he has held several key roles, including Special Projects & Logistics Manager, Lower 48 Sales Manager, National Sales Executive, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining TOTE, he held various sales and management positions at Roadway Express. He earned his degree in English and Business from Washington State University.
