Jennifer Hudak joined TOTE Group as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She is a key member of the executive team and is responsible for all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives activities across the TOTE Group companies.
Previously, Hudak was the Vice President of Human Resources, supporting global field operations at Signature Flight Support. She oversaw HR strategy for a global workforce of 5200+ employees across 200+ fixed base locations. In her role she spearheaded talent strategy, performance management, executive coaching, succession planning, team member development, employee/labor relations, diversity and inclusion. Hudak also served as the Area Human Resources Vice President at PulteGroup Inc. There she led HR strategy for the Florida Area, overseeing a workforce of 850+ employees across four locations.
Hudak started her HR career at PepsiCo where she held positions of increased responsibility across complex manufacturing, supply chain, and sales divisions. Hudak graduated from the University of LeVerne with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
