Jennifer Hudak joined TOTE Group as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2023. She is a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives across TOTE Group companies.
Previously, Hudak was the Vice President of Human Resources at Signature Flight Support, supporting global field operations. She oversaw HR strategy for a global workforce of 5,200+ employees across 200+ fixed-base locations. In her role, she spearheaded talent strategy, performance management, executive coaching, succession planning, team member development, employee/labor relations, and diversity and inclusion. Hudak also served as the Area Human Resources Vice President at PulteGroup Inc. There, she led HR strategy for the Florida Area, overseeing a workforce of 850+ employees across four locations.
Hudak started her HR career at PepsiCo, where she held positions of increased responsibility across complex manufacturing, supply chain, and sales divisions. Hudak graduated from the University of La Verne with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
