As President of TOTE Logistics, Mike establishes clear strategic direction and priority for the four operating companies. His focus is developing a best-in-class safety culture, driving efficiency via synergies, and creating a platform for growth.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in shipping and logistics, including his roles as TOTE Maritime Alaska President (2013-2018), TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico President (2018-2021), and TOTE Group Chief Operating Officer (2022-2024). Before his time with TOTE, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Yusen Logistics Americas (formerly NYK Logistics). He was responsible for leading strategic direction and execution for the company’s six business units.
Before his time at Yusen, Mike spent a total of 21 years with Maersk companies and five years with APL, part of the NOL Group. Noone graduated from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY.
